We own our own garden-style factory and office buildings, with a total area of over 100,000 ㎡.
We own over 110 advanced devices including self-purchased processing centers, CNC high-speed lathes, CNC lathes, five-axis turning centers, and milling machines.
We own over 60 self-owned injection molding machines, with over 1800 sets of various toolings.
The assembly workshop has 26 professional lines, from injection molding of plastic parts to machining of metal parts, assembly of components, and assembly of the whole machine, all executed according to the work instructions to ensure excellent process quality assurance.
Equipped with temperature rise, static pressure, spray test equipment, and electrical performance testing equipment, plastic properties testing equipment, and over 80 sets of various testing equipment, including ROHS spectrometer.
Ensure that during the development, pilot, and production stages, you can conduct temperature rise tests, high water pressure tests for pressure-bearing parts, IP rating tests, and perform simulated operation tests to verify the lifespan of the whole machine and its components.
We hold over 300 sets of various testing equipment, and our products undergo strict first-piece sample inspection, process sample inspection, and final product shipment inspection. This ensures that each product has stable functionality and excellent performance.
Because we have complete experimental equipment, we can conduct various tests according to GS, CE, UL, CSA, INMETRO, PSE, SAA standards, which is why we were confirmed as a cooperation laboratory with TUV South Germany Group.
